Graduate-level Scholarships for Colorado Black Students

The Sachs Foundation also has a very limited graduate grant program. Selection for a graduate grant is on a case by case basis by the Board of Directors.

Only current Sachs Foundation recipients who are receiving an undergraduate degree are eligible for graduate scholarships.

In 2006, the average graduate grant was $5,000.00 per year and can continue for up to four years if all our requirements for continuation are met.

TO APPLY for our Graduate Scholarships you must include:

1. Graduate Application form.

2. The SACHS FOUNDATION financial statement.

3. A copy of your parent or your (if over 21 and not a dependent) most current completed federal tax returns including W-2(s). (IRS form 1040).

4. A certified copy of your final undergraduate grade transcript.

5. Completed applications, with all materials must be received at the SACHS FOUNDATION by March 1.
